Welcome to the new web site for the Performance Handicap Rating Fleet of Narragansett Bay. At long last, we have wrested control of this domain name (and NBYA.org) from the hosting company. While they are still in the midst of the 48 hour re-host of both sites to an NT server (which started in March...), we have finally gotten the ability to update the old site. I know most of you don't care about that, but it has been really unpleasant, and not being able to get you the information you want is even more unpleasant.

While there is a lot more coming, you can find the basics here.

The rating database as of 24 September is available under Current Ratings. Also available is the application form and instructions in PDF format. I hope to get some information from the rating chair and/or the secretary to let you know what issues the board is addressing this year.

In some future time, when Webhosting.com decides to make the appropriate DNS changes, we will also have discussion groups and a great deal more interactivity. At least for now, you have some of the latest information. Again, our apologies for being off line for so long at a critical time of the sailing season.
