Comments/Modifications
I have 2 more pdf that would NOT upload. Cert for PHRF of Narragansett Bay - Swizzle Stick - 2017-05-19.pdf (Whitney's boat) and Cert for PHRF Sonar.pdf Shumway's boat.
Wherever possible I have used numbers from Shumway's certificate. Shumway is the owner of the entire Sonar class and his boat is always a current class legal boat. My boat, Sonar 618 is class legal too. Where Shumway did NOT have the numbers I took the numbers from Whitney's boat even though it is a very old boat.
